We welcome you to become a provider with MCMHA.

We are always looking for new providers to offer treatment services to the individuals that we serve. If you are interested in becoming a provider, please fill out an application.

MCMHA Provider Application Process

To become a contracted provider with MCMHA, organizations must be credentialed with MCMHA, which includes completing the application process, as well as a procurement review and approval by our board of directors.

CMHPSM Regional Provider Mental Health Directory

Monroe Community Mental Health Authority is part of a four-county network that includes Livingston County CMH, Lenawee County CMH, and Washtenaw County CMH. The Community Mental Health Partnership of Southeast Michigan maintains a list of regional providers, with contact information and details about their services. You can use filters to narrow the list to providers that serve Monroe County:

  1. Choose the category of service you require. 
  2. Choose Monroe County. 
  3. Choose the service you need.
