Provider Help Desk
The Provider Help Desk is a ticket system that can be used for issues related to CRCT issues and provider-related questions.
Step 1: You send an email to ProviderHelpDesk@monroecmha.org that addresses your issues/concerns.
Step 2: A help desk ticket is opened when this email is sent, and the ticket is directed to the Contract Manager.
Step 3: The Contract Manager responds with an answer or additional information through the help desk ticket.
Step 4: Once your concern is addressed, the ticket is closed.
Understanding CRCT
CRCT stands for Confidential Record of Consumer Treatment. It is the electronic health record that our providers use. Completed forms can be submitted to the Provider Help Desk.
