Register in GoSignMeUp for an in-person testing session to complete your hybrid training.

Testing will be completed at MCMHA at 1001 S. Raisinville Rd., Monroe, Michigan, in the Aspen Room located at the front of the building.

The testing portion of the hybrid format is set up to ensure that all provider staff can ask questions on the Medication Training before taking the test. An answer-and-question period is provided during the first 30 minutes of the testing session.

Testing may take up to an hour, and the last test is administered at 11 AM. Staff must be registered through GoSignMeUp to attend a testing session, and any registered staff who arrive after 11 AM will be requested to register for the next available testing session according to the training they need to complete.

Upon passing, a certificate will be sent within 24 hours to the email address listed in your GoSignMeUp training account.
