We believe getting care should be easy.
To us, you are always a person; you aren’t just a number. When you begin using our services, we work with you to create an individualized care plan. If we do not have a service or program you need, we will make sure to connect you with the organization that does. A person’s inability to pay should not limit the care they receive. At MCMHA, we’re here for you.
Choose a Path for Recovery
MCMHA provides services for those seeking support for mental illness or substance abuse. Because we tailor care, counseling, and resources to each individual, you will be empowered as you navigate the path toward well-being and mental health.
Mental Health
Here are some symptoms that can make it hard to live the life you want to lead: depression, fear, anger, confusion, hearing voices, trouble sleeping, upsetting memories, and persistent thoughts can impede the life you aspire to lead, especially for those with intellectual or developmental disabilities. With help from MCMHA, a healthy, happy life is possible.
Substance Use
At MCHMA, we believe that substance abuse is a disease that is treatable. We provide inpatient, outpatient, and detox services to help you live free from alcohol, illicit drugs, and prescription medications. Our experienced staff is committed to your health, happiness, and wholeness and is ready to help you on your road to recovery.
Call to Schedule an Assessment
Once you’ve determined the kind of services you need, either mental health or substance use, it’s time to call us for an assessment where we can gather more information from you and determine the best course of care.
Mental Health Intake Screening
- You will be asked a series of questions to learn more about the symptoms you’re experiencing, so we can personalize your care plan and put the right services in place.
- Assessment can be done through virtual video call, phone call, or in person.

Substance Use Disorder Screening

You’ll Be Asked…
The more information you can provide in your initial screening, the better we’ll be able to put the right supports and services in place for you. Because of this, you’ll be asked questions to help us best understand your situation and needs.
